Starting his first online company at age 18 to pay his way through University, Stephen has been in the internet space since its beginnings.

Previous to Saturn Media, Stephen was the co-founder of Axial Technology and Tarvis Technologies which have since merged as Inveratek (www.Inveratek.com). Stephen successfully took the companies through to market commercialization and now sits as a shareholder and advisor to each.

Saturn Media was founded by Stephen in January 2004 starting with a mobile SMS marketing service with Value Click Japan. Stephen also founded www.Yobu.jp out of Saturn Media which is Japan's #1 online and mobile invitations service.

In 2006 Stephen moved Saturn Media's head office to San Francisco where he is now based.

When founder and ex chairman of ValueClick Japan, Jonathan Hendriksen, first arrived in Tokyo, he started out as a bellboy. A few years later and with the help of a friend, he started Trans Pacific, a server rental business. Together they also bought the option for internet advertising firm ValueClick and started up ValueClick Japan in 1998.

Hendriksen successfully listed ValueClick Japan as a public company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, a major achievement given that there are over 2.3 million companies in Japan of which only 4000 are publicly listed. He was the first foreigner to ever take a company public in Japan.

While serving as founder/chairman of Value Click Japan, Jonathan was appointed Vice President of Sales and Operations for ValueClick International, based in California.

Jonathan has since founded several more successful online companies and currently sits as the Chairman of PhotoWonder Inc, as well as being actively involved in Saturn Media Inc.

Kunal co-founded Easimix Concrete while still completing his graduate business program at Auckland University. Easimix commercialized an innovative new packaging solution for the DIY industry. Following a one year stint in Japan, he returned to New Zealand where he headed up business development for Fishpond.co.nz; New Zealand's number 1 online bookseller. Soon after, he founded Mint Content Limited, which provides mobile-phone centric products for radio and TV stations.

Through great synergy effects, Mint Content soon became a division of Saturn Media with Kunal being appointed General Manager for Saturn Media's New Zealand operations.

Dmitri started developing software code at the age of 7. Prior to joining Saturn Media he worked for a number of large software companies as well as internet start-ups.

Dmitri trained at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, but is mainly self educated in software development languages and techniques. His competencies lie with web and server side enterprise development, prototyping, and system architecture / design.

Dmitri joined Saturn Media in 2004 and remains a key part of the team.

Previous to Saturn Media, Tom spent five years working in the assurance business and advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. There he was responsible for managing multiple engagements for a variety of esteemed public and private clients in the technology and financial services sectors.

During his tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tom founded and successfully developed several businesses in the e-commerce, event management, and youth-based internet industries. This diverse background allows him to balance the demands of servicing top-quality clients in a corporate atmosphere as well as being able to understand the business from the unique standpoint of an experienced entrepreneur.

Tom brings to Saturn Media a unique blend of corporate management experience as well as extensive hands-on experience in business development, viral marketing strategy and both traditional and online marketing. Tom is focused on continuing the growth of Saturn Media's operations in both the United States and internationally.
